How does it work

Make your wedding even more memorable with a live embroidery experience your guests will love. I’ll set up a beautifully styled embroidery station at your venue, where guests can personalise a selection of keepsakes with names, initials, dates, meaningful words and bespoke icons, then watch each piece come to life in real time.

Personalisation

Before your wedding, we’ll work together to curate the collection of items available on the day (hats, scrunchies, totes…) and create a bespoke library of embroidery icons that reflects your celebration. Every item is included in the fixed package price, so guests can simply choose their favourite keepsake and personalise it.

Pricing

The live wedding embroidery experience is available for a fixed day rate of £1,600.

This includes me setting up at your venue and embroidering as many personalised pieces as possible throughout the day. At previous weddings, I’ve created around 50–60 embroidered keepsakes, with guests taking their finished pieces home before the celebrations end.

If I’m unable to complete every request during the event, no one has to miss out. Any remaining items can be ordered afterwards at a discounted rate and posted directly to your guests after the wedding.
